q: why is jim jarmusch on the new album cover?

a: he asked the same thing...because he is punk. he deserves a little praise. if he got the cover of time magazine, all of those copies would end up in the dump.

The cover of The Brian Jonestown Massacre cd "Bravery Repetition and Noise", released in 2001, boasts a photo of Jim Jarmusch, taken by Tricia Vessey. (The Brian Jonestown Massacre's "Not If You Were The Last Dandy On Earth" off the album Give It Back! (1997) later appeared on the soundtrack to Broken Flowers.)
